THE ROLE

The Campaign Manager – YouTube Expert exists to strengthen and scale YouTube campaign execution across global markets for Xapads' Pulse product. Sitting within the Ad Operations - Branding team, you will own end-to-end strategy, setup, pacing, optimization, and measurement across Google Ads and DV360. The role bridges brand awareness with direct performance outcomes (ROAS, conversions, appinstalls), utilizing Pulse’s contextual intelligence capabilities to achieve client key performance indicators (KPIs) while maintaining strict brand safety standards.

Campaign Delivery: Own campaign setup, daily run rates, pacing, budget allocation, and delivery quality across assigned YouTube accounts.

Performance & Optimization: Own campaign performance diagnosis, bidding strategies, and mul
