Role Overview

Publicis Groupe is looking for experienced professionals in Digital Media Planning across multiple seniority levels. The role involves developing and executing digital media strategies, managing end-to-end campaign planning, driving audience targeting and performance optimisation, and ensuring alignment with business objectives.

Candidates should have robust expertise across digital media platforms, including Meta, Google Ads, DV360, and other relevant advertising platforms. Responsibilities will vary by level, ranging from hands-on campaign planning and execution to strategic leadership, client management, team development, and business growth.

Key Responsibilities

1. Digital Media Planning & Strategy

• Develop and execute end-to-end digital media plans aligned with brand objectives, target audiences, and business goals.

• Build full-funnel media strategies covering awareness, consideration,



and conversion.

• Lead media planning across platforms such as Meta, Google Ads, DV360, and other relevant digital channels.

• Drive audience planning, targeting, segmentation, and channel mix optimisation.

• Recommend appropriate media investments, budget allocations, and campaign approaches.

2. Campaign Execution & Optimisation

• Manage end-to-end execution of Meta campaigns across top, middle, and bottom funnel objectives.

• Oversee campaign implementation, monitoring, optimisation, and delivery against media plans.

• Analyse campaign performance and recommend improvements based on relevant KPIs and business outcomes.

• Ensure effective budget utilisation, pacing, and achievement of campaign objectives.

• Implement platform best practices and leverage new advertising capabilities to improve campaign effectiveness.
