Job Description
- Lead the development and execution of the organization's ESG and Impact strategy.
- Design and implement ESG policies, frameworks, tools, and governance structures across business lines.
- Partner with business teams to drive adoption of ESG standards and responsible finance practices.
- Monitor and manage ESG and Impact performance across business verticals.
- Develop reporting frameworks, dashboards, and stakeholder communications related to ESG and Impact outcomes.
The Successful Applicant
- 10+ years of experience within Financial Services, Fintechs, Impact Investing, Microfinance,
Development Finance, or Responsible Finance.
- Minimum 7 years of dedicated experience in ESG, Sustainability, Impact Management, or ESG Risk functions.
- Demonstrated experience building and operationalizing ESG and Impact frameworks within financial institutions.
- Strong exposure to ESG risk assessments, due diligence, portfolio monitoring, and sustainability reporting.
