Conduct scheduled preventive maintenance visits, system calibrations, software updates, and inspections to ensure long/-term machine reliability. Provide comprehensive technical training and operational briefings to client plant operators, maintenance crews, and engineers on safe machine usage and upkeep. Investigate equipment performance issues,



lead root/-cause analysis /(5/-Why, Fishbone/), and implement permanent technical corrective actions. Manage field service reporting, record machine service logs, process warranty claims, and coordinate spare parts replacement with internal plant supply teams. Maintain positive client relationships, identify opportunities for equipment upgrades or service contracts, and provide technical feedback to the internal R&D; and manufacturing engineering teams. Required Skills/: Robust technical background in electromechanical systems, industrial machinery, hydraulics, pneumatics, and control panels.
