About the Role
We are looking for a skilled Senior Specialist with 3–5 years of experience to join our core engineering team. In this role, you will design, build, and maintain high-performance, scalable backend services and microservices deployed natively on AWS.



You will work closely with cross-functional teams to drive architectural decisions, optimize system performance, and deliver robust software solutions that power our core products.

Key Responsibilities
Design & Architecture: Design, develop, and maintain clean, scalable, and secure microservices using Java and modern frameworks.
Cloud Infrastructure: Leverage AWS native services to build resilient, cloud-native backend applications and serverless components.
Code Excellence: Drive technical quality through code reviews, automated testing (unit/integration), and adhering to best practices in CI/CD.
Performance & Scalability: Identify performance bottlenecks, optimize database queries, and ensure low-latency system reliability under heavy load.
Technical Leadership: Mentor junior engineers, participate in agile sprint ceremonies, and contribute to system architecture discussions.
