Job Summary

The HR Executive supports the organization’s human resources operations, including employee relations, recruitment, onboarding, records, and HR policies. This role works with employees and managers to support effective people processes and a positive workplace.

Key Responsibilities

- Coordinate recruitment activities, including job postings, interview scheduling, and candidate communication.
- Support onboarding and offboarding processes and maintain accurate employee records.
- Respond to routine employee questions and assist with HR policies and procedures.
- Help administer payroll, benefits, leave, and other employee programs.
- Support performance review cycles, training initiatives, and employee engagement activities.
- Prepare HR reports and ensure documentation follows applicable policies and regulations.

Qualifications
