We are looking for an experienced and result-oriented HR Recruiter to join our team in Malad for International BPO recruitment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle end-to-end recruitment for International BPO profiles.
- Source candidates through job portals, references, and other recruitment channels.
- Screen resumes and conduct initial candidate interviews.
- Coordinate interviews and follow up with candidates until joining.
- Achieve recruitment targets and ensure timely closures.
Candidate Requirements
- Prior experience in BPO hiring is mandatory.
- Positive communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a target-driven recruitment environment.
- Immediate joiners preferred.
