We are looking for an enthusiastic, organized, and customer-focused Sales Operations Executive to join our team at Leapswitch Networks & CloudPe.
In this role, you will work closely with our Senior Business Development Managers (BDMs) as their dedicated operational support partner, helping them manage customer requirements, coordinate internal processes, and ensure smooth day-to-day operations.
You will act as a bridge between customers, Senior BDMs, and internal technical teams, ensuring timely communication, proper documentation, and effective resolution of customer requests.

Key Responsibilities
1. Senior BDM Support & Coordination
• Work closely with assigned Senior BDMs to manage their day-to-day operational activities.
• Assist BDMs with customer-related documentation, internal coordination, and administrative tasks.
• Maintain records of customer discussions, requirements, and ongoing activities.
• Track pending customer requests and ensure timely follow-ups with the respective internal teams.
• Coordinate meetings, customer updates, and internal discussions as required.
• Ensure Senior BDMs have accurate and updated information about their customers and ongoing activities.
2. Customer Handling & Relationship Coordination
• Act as a point of contact for existing customers regarding operational queries and service-related coordination.
• Understand customer requirements and communicate them to the relevant internal teams.
• Provide timely updates to customers regarding their requests, service status, and pending activities.
