APAC Sourcing Manager - Bangalore
Position Overview
Jones Lang LaSalle is seeking an experienced APAC Sourcing Manager to join our Bangalore team. This role will be responsible for developing and executing strategic sourcing initiatives across the Asia-Pacific region, delivering cost savings, operational efficiency, and supplier performance improvements while ensuring compliance with corporate procurement policies and standards.
Key Responsibilities
Strategic Sourcing & Procurement
Lead end-to-end sourcing activities for assigned categories across APAC markets, including market analysis, supplier identification, RFx processes, negotiations, and contract execution. Develop and implement category strategies that align with regional business objectives and deliver measurable value. Manage complex, multi-country sourcing projects with stakeholders across diverse APAC markets.
Supplier Management
Build and maintain solid relationships with key suppliers across the region. Conduct supplier assessments, performance reviews, and capability evaluations. Drive continuous improvement initiatives with strategic suppliers and implement supplier risk mitigation strategies. Ensure supplier compliance with JLL standards, ESG commitments, and regulatory requirements.
