Job description: PC1 to PC2 - Analyst
Associate/ Sr. Associate Business Systems Analyst
Training will be for the first 4-6 weeks Monday – Friday 8am to 5pm EST (7am-4pm CST) with mandatory attendance to ensure you receive the best support and education to prepare you for your new role.
Role Overview
• Perform activities in support of business process improvements, risk reduction or cost savings initiatives, best practice identification, etc.
• Identify efficiencies and value-added solutions that could affect multiple lines of business and departments; analyzes possibilities, capabilities,



and constraints; and recommend alternative business solutions.
• Provide daily and ad hoc customer support and develops documentation.
• Responsible for the creation of daily, weekly, and monthly reporting for metrics.
• Accept escalated issues and work on problems of a moderate scope; analyzes root cause, understand the impact and scope of the problem(s), and apply judgment within defined practices to determine the appropriate action.
• Participate in the initiation, requirements, design, testing, and post-implementation support phases of a projects.
