In this vital role, you will serve as the senior product manager and people leader lead related digital business-platform capabilities, shaping product strategy, roadmap, operating model, enterprise outcomes, and the development of product-management talent.
• Own the strategy, vision, roadmap, lifecycle, and measurable outcomes for product and related digital business-platform capabilities supporting Process Development.
• Lead, develop, and manage product managers and/or digital-platform professionals, including goal setting, performance management, coaching, career development, staffing, and succession planning.
• Convert business strategy, user needs, portfolio priorities, and technology opportunities into a sequenced product roadmap, capability plan, and investment recommendations.
