We are currently seeking a Business Sys. Analysis Advisor to join our team in Bangalore, Karnātaka (IN-KA), India (IN).
•Assist support teams with incidents reported that are related to Service Catalogue items.
•Recommend new methods, suggests alternative solutions and changes to established methods to improve quality and increase productivity related to the service catalogue.
•Translate high-level business requirements into functional specifications for input into service catalog activities.
•Responsible for test and sign-off of Service Catalogue items prior to releasing to Process Owner for UAT acceptance.
•Arrange workshops with process owners with the purpose of documenting requirements or enhancements requested.
•Creating detailed development stories and acceptance criteria for service catalog.
•Ensure adherence to quality standards and attainment of project deliverables.
•Participating proactively in daily standup meetings, story grooming sessions, team retrospectives. Also suggesting and implementing improvements.
