The Manager - Recruitment MIS & Analytics will serve as the primary owner of Talent Acquisition reporting, workforce analytics, recruitment governance reporting, and executive dashboards for MGS. The role is responsible for delivering strategic insights,



driving data-led decision making, ensuring reporting accuracy, supporting audit and compliance requirements, and enabling leadership with meaningful talent acquisition metrics and trends.
The incumbent will act as a trusted advisor to Talent Acquisition leadership by transforming recruitment data into actionable business insights and driving continuous improvement through reporting automation and analytics.

• Own end-to-end Talent Acquisition analytics and reporting framework.
• Develop executive dashboards covering hiring demand, pipeline health, recruiter productivity, source effectiveness, offer management, and hiring SLA performance.
• Analyze recruitment trends and identify key drivers impacting hiring outcomes.
