What you'll be doing:
- Connect with candidates and understand their interests.
- Coordinate interviews with candidates and companies.
- Support candidates throughout their hiring journey, right up to offer closure.
- Gather feedback and help create a smooth, positive candidate experience.

- Excellent verbal and written communication.
- Strong relationship-building skills and empathy.
- A keen eye for detail and a solution-oriented mindset.
- Comfort with technology and the ability to learn recent tools quickly.
- A proactive approach and genuine interest in helping people.
Experience: 1–5 years
Location: HSR Layout, Bangalore
