We are looking for an experienced SAP FICO Consultant with RAR expertise to join our growing team. The ideal candidate should have strong experience in SAP Finance, Revenue Recognition, and end-to-end SAP implementation/support projects.

Key Responsibilities

Gather and analyze business requirements and translate them into SAP FICO and RAR solutions

Configure and support SAP FICO modules including General Ledger (GL), Accounts Payable (AP), Accounts Receivable (AR), Asset Accounting (AA), Cost Center Accounting (CCA), and Profit Center Accounting (PCA)

Lead and participate in SAP Revenue Accounting & Reporting (RAR) implementation, enhancement, and support activities

Design and configure revenue recognition processes in accordance with IFRS 15 and ASC 606 requirements

Collaborate with business users, stakeholders, and cross-functional teams to optimize finance and revenue accounting processes

Work closely with SAP SD, MM, FI,



and CO teams to ensure seamless integration across modules

Prepare functional specifications, process flows, test scripts, and training documentation

Support data migration, system integration testing (SIT), user acceptance testing (UAT), and go-live activities

Troubleshoot production issues and provide timely resolution for SAP Finance and RAR-related challenges

Conduct fit-gap analysis and recommend process improvements and best practices

Provide post-go-live support and knowledge transfer to business users

Participate in global rollout, implementation, upgrade, and enhancement projects

Required Skills

5-12 years of SAP FICO experience

Hands-on experience with SAP RAR (Revenue Accounting & Reporting)

Strong knowledge of Revenue Recognition, IFRS 15, and ASC 606

Experience in SAP S/4HANA Finance

Solid integration knowledge with SAP SD and MM

Experience in at least one full-cycle SAP implementation project

Excellent client-facing and communication skills

Preferred Skills

SAP S/4HANA Implementation Experience
