What You’ll Do

Team Collaboration and Inter-team Coordination:



Be part of a Enterprise group working together; collaborate effectively with your team and cross-functional teams, including Architects, DevOps, SRE, and R&D;, to ensure seamless communication and workflow.

Leadership and Team Goals: Assume a leadership role in achieving team objectives, contributing to the design, architecture, development, quality, and production deployment of the team’s systems.

Backend Solutions: Design and implement robust, scalable, and maintainable backend solutions for complex scenarios, ensuring high-quality output that can be utilized by other teams.

Project Planning: Translate high-level business goals into actionable project plans for the team.

Engineering Practices: Maintain and enhance the team's engineering practices by suggesting and implementing technological improvements and process enhancements.

Process Improvement: Identify and proactively address areas for improvement in team systems, processes, and scalability.

Code Quality: Lead by example in code quality,
