We’re hiring a Performance Marketer to build and scale Clueso’s paid acquisition engine. Your main KPI is booking enterprise demos. Because Clueso is also product-led, you’ll run campaigns that drive self-serve trial signups too. You’ll own channel strategy, experimentation, budgets and results end to end.

What you’ll work on
• Drive enterprise demos: Plan, launch and optimize campaigns on LinkedIn, Google and Meta aimed at our ICP and buyer personas.

• Grow trial signups: Run PLG campaigns that bring in high-intent self-serve users who convert to paid.

• Own the budget: Allocate spend across channels, manage pacing,



and report on CAC, cost per demo, pipeline and ROAS.

• Test relentlessly: Run structured experiments on audiences, creatives, offers and landing pages.

• Fix the funnel: Set up and maintain tracking, attribution and conversion events (GA4, ad pixels, HubSpot/CRM)

• Work across teams: Partner with sales and marketing on lead quality, and with design and content on ad creative and landing pages.

What we’re looking for
• 3+ years in performance marketing.

• Must have: Experience running paid campaigns for a B2B SaaS or AI company, not only consumer apps or products.

• Hands-on experience with at least two of LinkedIn, Google and Meta Ads, with results you can point to.

• Experience managing a monthly budget of $50K+ end to end, and reporting on pipeline, not just clicks.

• Strong with data: comfortable in spreadsheets, ad dashboards and analytics tools.

• Able to write and iterate on
