Role Description
• The role will support the execution of Deutsche Bank’s India sale of Private Banking and Wealth Management Business. The role will be focused on separation and migration of the business to the buyer, as well as the setup of the unit handling any residual business (RemainCo) and transitional services with the buyer.
• The role will be reporting into the RemainCo lead, and working closely with the deal team, internal stakeholders across various business divisions, infrastructure functions, external advisors as well as the buyer bank and its advisors, across a broad spectrum of seniorities.

Your key responsibilities
Separation & Migration
• Support the deal team in managing and driving critical tasks related to separation and migration planning
• Interaction with a wide range of stakeholders, across a broad spectrum of seniorities, working closely with the deal team, internal stakeholders across various business divisions, infrastructure functions, external advisors as well as the buyer bank and its advisors
Transitional Services with buyer and Residual business setup (RemainCo)
• Support finalization of transitional services
• Support setup of Residual business setup & services
• Capacity planning and budgeting
• Support driving of team setup support and delivery planning
• Support the setup transitional service
