Associate Automation Engineer - Engineering Excellence & Experience

Are you looking to kickstart your career in the world of Intelligent Automation? We are seeking a motivated Associate Automation Engineer to join our Workflow Automation team within Roche Digital Technology (RDT). In this role, you will support the development and maintenance of digital processes that help Roche operate more efficiently.

Working under the guidance of senior engineers and the Product Owner, you will learn to build, test, and deploy automation solutions. The Workflow Automation team is the engine behind Roche’s digital transformation.

The Opportunity

In this role, you will directly support our digital transformation efforts by building, maintaining, and refining key workflow automations. You will:
• Assist in building and configuring automated workflows and business rules, focusing on features and bug fixes to gain hands-on expertise.

• Execute unit tests and participate in quality assurance processes to ensure automated solutions are reliable, secure, and compliant with Roche standards.

• Participate actively in technical training sessions and workshops to build core stack competencies and work toward professional certifications (e.g., Pega).

• Engage in daily Agile ceremoni
