Role Description The Bid Manager role at Trivoid Electronics Pvt. Ltd. is a full-time, on-site position based in Noida. The Bid Manager is responsible for managing the end-to-end bid lifecycle, including identifying opportunities, coordinating bid activities, and ensuring timely submission of high-quality proposals. Day-to-day tasks include gathering requirements, collaborating with sales, technical, and finance teams, developing bid strategies, and preparing detailed bid documents.



The role also involves maintaining bid process documentation, tracking bid status and outcomes, and continuously improving bid methodologies and templates. The Bid Manager will work closely with internal stakeholders to ensure proposals are accurate, compliant, and aligned with client expectations and company objectives.
