Role Overview
• We are looking for a creative and technically skilled Video Content Creator & Editor to produce engaging short-form and digital video content across our brands and social media platforms.
• The ideal candidate understands visual storytelling, social media trends, video editing and audience engagement.
• The role involves transforming creative ideas, scripts, raw footage and existing assets into high-quality videos optimised for Instagram Reels, TikTok, YouTube Shorts, Facebook and other digital platforms.
• We are looking for someone who combines robust editing skills with creativity, storytelling and an understanding of social media performance.
Key Responsibilities

Video Creation & Editing
• Create and edit engaging short-form and digital videos.
• Produce Instagram Reels, TikTok videos, YouTube Shorts and promotional content.
• Transform raw footage, scripts and creative briefs into polished videos.
• Develop compelling opening hooks and engaging visual storytelling.
• Incorporate motion graphics, transitions, captions, sound design and music.
• Perform basic colour correction, grading and audio enhancement.
• Adapt videos to different platform specifications and audience requirements.
2. Creative Development & Storytelling
• Collaborate with the content team to develop video concepts and storyboards.
• Recommend creative approaches, editing styles and visual formats.
• Translate brand messages into engaging video narratives.
• Develop content suitable for different audiences, industries and campaign objectives.
