We are looking for an experienced, energetic, and customer-focused Store Manager to manage the day-to-day operations of our garment and lifestyle retail store in Dimapur, Nagaland. The ideal candidate should have 3–5 years of experience in managing a retail fashion, apparel, or lifestyle store, with strong skills in sales management, team leadership, inventory control, and customer service.

Key Responsibilities

- Store Operations: Manage daily store operations and ensure smooth functioning of the retail outlet.
- Sales & Target Achievement: Drive sales, achieve monthly targets, improve conversion rates, and increase average transaction value.
- Team Management: Supervise, motivate, train, and develop store staff to maintain high performance and productivity.
- Customer Service: Ensure excellent customer experience, handle customer complaints, and maintain high service standards.
- Inventory Management: Monitor stock levels, coordinate stock replenishment, conduct stock audits, and minimize shrinkage and stock discrepancies.
- Visual Merchandising: Ensure proper product display, attractive merchandise presentation, and adherence to brand guidelines.
- Store Display & Maintenance: Maintain store cleanliness,



product arrangement, fitting rooms, and overall store presentation.
- Billing & Cash Management: Monitor billing operations, cash handling, daily sales reports, and closing procedures.
- Reporting & Analysis: Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports and analyze store performance.
- Loss Prevention: Ensure compliance with company policies, security procedures, and stock control processes.

Candidate Requirements

- Graduate in any discipline; candidates with relevant retail management qualifications will be preferred.
- 3–5 years of experience in store management in the garment, fashion, apparel, or lifestyle retail industry.
- Strong knowledge of retail sales, inventory management, visual merchandising, and customer service.
- Proven ability to achieve sales targets and manage a retail team.
- Good communication, leadership, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills.
- Basic computer knowledge and familiarity with POS billing systems, MS Excel, and retail reporting.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced retail workplace and manage store operations independently.
