Job Title: MACHINE OPERATOR To: Shift In-Charge / Plant Manager Location: BHUJ - GUJRAT

Key Responsibilities –

✓

Perform preventive and breakdown maintenance of conveyors, feeders, pumps, blowers, gearboxes, bearings, valves, and other mechanical equipment.

✓

Diagnose mechanical faults and carry out repairs promptly.

✓

Replace and maintain bearings, belts, chains, couplings, seals, and other wear parts.

✓

Conduct equipment alignment, assembly, dismantling, and installation activities.

✓

Monitor equipment condition and report abnormalities.

✓

Assist and participate during plant startup, shutdown, and maintenance activities.

✓

Maintain maintenance records and spare parts usage logs.

✓

Follow safety procedures, PPE requirements, and Lockout-Tagout (LOTO) practices.

✓

Conduct equipment alignment, assembly, dismantling, and installation activities.





✓

Clean clogged material handling lines, pipelines, feeders, cyclones, and process equipment to ensure uninterrupted production flow.

Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)

✓ Equipment uptime and reliability.

✓ Breakdown response time.

✓ Preventive maintenance completion.

✓ Reduction in downtime and equipment failures.

✓ Mechanical maintenance and troubleshooting.

✓ Ability to explicit process line blockages and restore equipment operation.

Qualifications & Experience

• ITI Fitter / Diploma Mechanical

• 2–3 years of experience in Production Plants or Process Industries.

• Knowledge of industrial Maintenance.
