2. ELV Design Engineer (1 Position) -Very Urgent (Candidates with immediate joiner or who can join within 15 days are highly preferable)

Location: Bangalore

Qualification: B.Tech / B.E. (or) 3 Years Technical Diploma (or) Graduation in any Discipline

Experience: 4 Years and above in ELV Industry. Second Preference from BMS Industry with good hands on experience in ELV Systems designs by using AUTOCAD.

CTC : Rs. 4.5 LPA to Rs.6 LPA, little stretchable for potential candidates.

Key Deliverables: ELV Layout drawings, CCTV Layout & Camera Coverage Drawings, Access Control Layouts, Intrusion Detection Layouts, Structured Cabling Layouts, Rack & Equipment Layouts, Cable Routing Drawings, Schematic / SLD Drawings, Riser Diagrams, Installation / Shop Drawings, As-Built Drawings, Drawing Revision & Submission Records, Drawing-based Material Take-Offs.

Key Responsibility: The ELV AutoCAD Engineer shall be responsible for preparing accurate, coordinated, and approved ELV drawings from the design stage through project execution and final as-built documentation, ensuring that the drawings support smooth site installation, commissioning, billing, and project handover.

Key Competencies and job specification:

Ø ELV Drawing Preparation: Prepare detailed AutoCad drawings for ELV Systems such as CCTV, Access Control, Intrusion Detection, Public Address Systems, Intercom, Structured Cabling, and other Low-Voltage Systems. Develop layouts based on approved BOQ, specifications, site requirements, and client standards.

Ø Shop Drawings & Detailed Design: Prepare detailed shop drawings, installation drawings, schematic diagrams, riser diagrams, and single-line diagrams (SLD), Prepare device layouts, including tray / conduit routes wherever applicable.

Ø As-Built drawings:



Prepare and update as-built drawings based on actual site installation. Incorporate site changes, deviations, additional equipment, and approved modifications into the final drawings. Maintain proper revision history and drawing records.

Ø Coordination with Project Team: Co-ordinate with Project Engineers, Site Engineers, Project Managers, and other design teams to understand site requirements. Incorporate inputs received from site teams and ensure drawings accurately reflect the actual installation. Co-ordinate with Civil, Electrical, HVAC, Networking, and other MEP Teams to avoid clashes and conflicts.

Ø Site Survey and Drawing Validation: Review site conditions, architectural drawings, and existing infrastructure before preparing ELV Layouts. Support site teams in validating dimensions, equipment locations, cable routes, and installation requirements. Revise drawings based on site survey findings.

Ø Drawing Standards & Quality: Ensure all drawings comply with client standards, project specifications, approved design standards, and company drafting standards. Maintain proper drawing scales, layers, symbols, legends, annotations, dimensions, and title blocks. Ensure drawings are accurate, explicit, and suitable for site execution.

Ø Material & BOQ Coordination: Cross-check drawings against the BOQ, Approved Material List,



and technical specifications. Identify discrepancies between drawings, BOQ, and actual site requirements and highlight them to the project / design team. Support the project team in preparing material take-offs where required.

Ø Drawing Revision & Document Control: Maintain proper control of all drawing revisions. Incorporate comments received from clients, consultants, PMC, and internal teams. Ensure only the latest approved drawings are issued for site execution. Maintain a systematic folder structure for project drawings and related documents.

Ø Client / Consultant Coordination: Prepare drawings for submission to the client / consultant / PMC for review and approval. Incorporate review comments and resubmit revised drawings within the agreed timeline. Support the Project Manager / Engineers during technical discussions related to drawings.

Ø Project Execution Support: Provide necessary drawing support to site engineers during installation and commissioning. Clarify drawing-related queries raised by the site team. Prepare revised drawings for approved site changes or additional scope.

Ø Testing & Commissioning Support: Update drawings based on final device configuration and commissioning requirements. Ensure device numbering, panel / controller details, rack details, and cable identification are correctly reflected in drawings.

Ø Final Documentation: Prepare the complete final as-built drawing package after project completion. Ensure all drawings are updated with actual installed quantities, device locations, cable routes, panel details, and system architecture. Submit final drawings along with other project handover documents as required.
