Oracle CPQ Developer - Midlevel (India)

Role summary

Build and configure Oracle CPQ enhancements under the guidance of senior developers and architects. Support implementation of approved changes to quoting, pricing, discounting, and approval processes.

Key responsibilities

- Develop assigned CPQ enhancements from approved specifications and work tickets.
- Write and maintain BML scripts, business rules, and application configurations.
- Implement assigned changes to pricing logic, discount tables, approval workflows, and pending quote processes.
- Assist with integration-related CPQ changes and application defect resolution.
- Investigate issues and document findings, seeking guidance for complex problems.
- Perform unit testing and resolve defects in assigned development work.
- Prepare deployment packages and maintain technical documentation.
- Participate in code reviews and follow established development standards.
- Maintain current work-ticket status and accurate time records.

Required qualifications

- Hands-on experience developing and configuring Oracle CPQ.




- Working knowledge of BML and CPQ quoting, pricing, and approval functionality.
- Ability to translate technical specifications into working code and configurations.
- Experience with unit testing, troubleshooting, and technical documentation.
- Strong collaboration and problem-solving skills.
- Positive communication and collaboration skills to work remotely in a cross-functional, complex project

Preferred qualifications

- Exposure to CPQ integrations and API-based data exchange.
- Familiarity with Workato, ServiceNow, or Jira.
- Experience implementing discounting and approval rules.
