- Strong JavaScript development skills, including Glide APIs, Business Rules, Client Scripts, Script Includes, UI Policies, and ACLs.
- Experience developing REST/SOAP APIs and integrating ServiceNow with enterprise applications.
- Solid analytical, problem-solving, communication, and requirements gathering skills.

Roles & Responsibilities
- Develop custom applications, Flow Designer, Integration Hub, and the Now Experience Framework.
- Build and customize pages, components, widgets, and experiences using UI Builder and Service Portal.
- Create reusable components, business rules, client scripts, script includes, UI actions
- Develop REST and SOAP integrations and third-party applications.
- Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into scalable ServiceNow solutions.
- Participate in solution design, code reviews, unit testing, integration testing, user acceptance testing, and production deployments.
- Troubleshoot and resolve complex application issues while optimizing application performance and usability.
- Develop and maintain technical documentation, coding standards, and development best practices.
- ServiceNow upgrade process of end to end.
