As an Operations Engineer, a typical day involves overseeing the smooth functioning of production systems and services, ensuring they meet operational requirements and service agreements. Key Responsibilities: Validate and report on Microsoft Entra ID Cross-Tenant Access Settings configurations.Review and verify Conditional Access policies supporting external collaboration.Perform guest user object synchronization validation across both Microsoft 365 tenants.Work closely with Active Directory and Identity Operations teams to analyze and resolve access-related issues.Maintain testing evidence, validation logs, and compliance reporting.Validate guest user provisioning processes across both organizations.Track guest account creation, synchronization, updates,



and access assignments.Verify external user authentication and authorization experiences.Identify and drive remediation of guest account provisioning issues.Execute end-to-end testing and validation of:Microsoft Teams federationTeams chat capabilitiesTeams channel messagingPresence visibilityCalendar free/busy sharingValidate user experience and collaboration workflows across organizations.Coordinate issue resolution with Microsoft Teams support teams.
