Job Description:

- Manage sourcing and procurement of raw materials, packaging materials, spare parts, and other critical materials for overseas manufacturing operations.

- Develop and manage Annual Rate Contracts (ARCs) to ensure competitive pricing, uninterrupted supply, and favorable commercial terms.

- Prepare, issue, and evaluate RFQs/RFPs, comparing suppliers based on technical specifications, pricing, quality, lead time, capacity, and commercial terms.

- Generate and process Purchase Orders (POs) based on approved purchase requisitions, technical evaluations, and negotiated commercial terms.

- Identify and develop reliable suppliers while maintaining a multi-supplier strategy for critical categories to minimize supply and business risks.

- Lead commercial negotiations with suppliers for pricing, payment terms, lead times, contracts, and other commercial conditions.

- Drive cost savings and cost optimization initiatives, targeting measurable savings across assigned categories.

- Analyze procurement spend by category, supplier, contract, material, and business unit to identify savings and sourcing opportunities.

- Monitor inventory -aging reports,



optimizing safety stock and reducing aged, excess, and blocked inventory

- Coordinate with logistics teams for import/export shipments, customs clearance, documentation, and delivery, ensuring high on-time delivery performance.

- Develop and maintain robust supplier relationships, monitoring supplier performance through KPIs, scorecards, and periodic business reviews.

- Conduct quarterly supplier performance reviews covering cost, quality, delivery, responsiveness, and service levels.

- Proactively resolve supply-chain issues including delivery delays, quality problems, shortages, and supplier constraints to ensure uninterrupted operations.

- Coordinate with Finance, Warehouse, Quality, Engineering, and Operations to ensure accurate GRNs, invoice matching, and timely supplier payments.

- Ensure procurement activities comply with company policies, contractual requirements, quality standards, and audit requirements.

- Implement procurement risk-management strategies, including alternate suppliers, dual sourcing, supplier development, and contingency planning
