Key Responsibilities
- Conduct cold calls to identify potential customers and schedule sales meetings.
- Understand customer requirements through research, discussions, and needs analysis.
- Manage the pre-sales process from lead generation through lead qualification.
- Present real estate solutions to prospective clients.
- Build and maintain customer relationships through effective communication and negotiation.
- Coordinate with the sales team to support smooth lead handovers and follow-ups.
- Engage prospective customers across various channels to build brand awareness.
- Assist the sales team in converting qualified leads into bookings.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and regularly update CRM systems.

Qualifications
- Skills: Strong cold-calling and lead-generation skills; excellent verbal and written communication; customer relationship management; presentation and negotiation; research and customer needs assessment; sales coordination and lead management; ability to work in a target-driven environment; proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM tools.
- Education: Bachelor's degree in any discipline.
