Role Description The General Manager Finance is a full-time, on-site role based in Hyderabad, responsible for overseeing all financial operations of the company. The role includes managing and reviewing financial statements, budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting to support strategic decision-making. Day-to-day activities involve supervising accounting processes, ensuring robust internal controls, monitoring cash flow, and maintaining compliance with applicable financial, tax,



and regulatory requirements. The General Manager Finance will collaborate with senior leadership to develop financial strategies, optimize resource allocation, support audits, and provide analytical insights on project and business performance. This position also involves leading the finance team, establishing best practices, and implementing systems and processes that enhance financial efficiency and transparency.
Qualifications
• Robust expertise in Finance and Accounting, with the ability to manage end-to-end financial operations.
• Proficiency in preparing, reviewing, and interpreting Financial Statements and related reports.
• Demonstrated Analytical Skills for budgeting, forecasting, financial modeling, and performance analysis.
