About the Role
We are looking for passionate Bharatanatyam instructors to teach live online 1-on-1 classes and group batches for kids and adults, from beginner to intermediate level.
Responsibilities
• Conduct live 1-on-1 and group Bharatanatyam classes online
• Teach adavus, hastas, mudras, footwork, abhinaya and basic repertoire
• Plan age- and level-appropriate lessons and track student progress
• Give clear corrections on posture, araimandi and technique over video
• Take demo or trial classes for new students
• Maintain punctuality and professionalism in every session
Requirements
• Formal Bharatanatyam training under a Guru or recognised institution
• Visharad, Diploma, Degree or equivalent certification (preferred)
• Arangetram completed (preferred)
• 1+ years of teaching experience, online or offline
• Comfortable teaching children (5+ years) as well as adults
• Good communication in Hindi and/or English
• Stable internet and a space with a full-body camera view
Good to Have
• Experience teaching NRI students across time zones
• Availability in evening or late-night IST slots for USA students
