Role Description The Assistant Manager – Production (Pellets/Granules) will oversee end-to-end production activities for pellet and granule manufacturing at the Jaipur facility. This is a full-time, in office role, responsible for planning daily production schedules, monitoring batch processing, and ensuring adherence to quality, safety, and compliance standards. The role includes supervising production teams, coordinating with maintenance and quality control, and optimizing equipment usage to meet output and efficiency targets. The Assistant Manager will track production metrics, maintain documentation and records, and support continuous improvement initiatives in process reliability and cost-effectiveness. The position also involves troubleshooting production issues, training operators, and collaborating with R&D; and supply chain to support new product scale-up and timely order fulfillment.

Qualifications
• Strong production management skills in pellets/granules, including planning, scheduling, and line supervision.
• Knowledge of chemical or pharmaceutical manufacturing processes,



particularly solid dosage or granular forms.
• Experience implementing and maintaining quality systems (e.g., GMP, ISO) and standard operating procedures.
• Competence in safety and regulatory compliance, including handling of chemicals and adherence to plant safety protocols.
• Ability to analyze production data, monitor KPIs, and use basic MS Office or ERP tools for reporting and documentation.
• Demonstrated team leadership skills, with the ability to train, guide, and motivate production staff.
• Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting abilities for process deviations, equipment issues, and bottlenecks.
• Effective communication and coordination skills for working with cross-functional teams (R&D;, QC, maintenance, logistics).
• Relevant degree or diploma in Chemical Engineering, Pharmacy, Industrial Engineering, or a related discipline.
