Enggrob and Singh (E&S;) is an international consultancy with offices in Denmark, India and Sri Lanka. It has four business areas viz, Customised Water Risk Assessment & Management (CW-RAM), Development Cooperation, Smart Technologies and Urban Development. The firm mainly serves the South Asian market, with India being the most prominent one.
The ‘CW-RAM’ business aims to make water dependent industries, resilient against the future supply of suitable quality and quantity of water including threats from droughts and floods. As part of the ‘Smart Technologies’ business, E&S; has partnered with a leading Danish robotics company to market its products and generate leads in India.
E&S; is looking for a suitable Sales and Marketing Lead to join our team and contribute to grow the business.
The Role:
The Sales and Marketing Lead will assist the firm’s management to generate leads and drive top-line revenue growth, expand market share, and position our CW-RAM and Smart Technologies portfolio across key Indian industrial verticals.
This hybrid role combines strategic B2B marketing, channel and partner development, and high-value technical solution selling.
The primary task will be to acquire new customers by cultivating, developing, and closing sales opportunities within specific segments of the Indian market. You will be mainly responsible for market analysis and qualified lead generation in the designated market area and industry segments. These leads will be passed onto the technical team for proposal preparation, negotiation and successful closing.
You will work closely with the designated partner to plan sales activities, follow up on leads, and actively develop the market to secure potential recent customers.

- Drive annual sales targets for the CW-RAM and Smart Technologies businesses.
