Role Description This is a full-time, in office Tele Sales Executive role based in Gurgaon. The Tele Sales Executive will engage with prospective and existing clients over phone calls, messages, and digital channels to generate leads, explain real estate offerings, and schedule meetings or site visits.



Responsibilities include maintaining a call pipeline, following up on inquiries, updating CRM or lead tracking systems, and supporting the sales team with qualified leads. The role also involves understanding client requirements, sharing relevant project details, coordinating with the sales and marketing teams, and meeting daily and weekly targets for calls, conversions, and appointments.

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to conduct professional and persuasive telephonic conversations.
