About the Role

We are looking for a hands-on Accounts Receivable skilled with experience in a manufacturing or product-based company. The candidate will be responsible for managing customer invoicing, receivables, payment follow-ups, ledger reconciliation, outstanding balances, and collection reporting.

The role requires close coordination with Sales, Dispatch, Logistics, and Finance teams to ensure timely collections, accurate customer accounts, and proper documentation of all sales and payment transactions.

Candidates with relevant experience in manufacturing accounts receivable, customer collections, and ledger reconciliation will be preferred.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare and verify customer sales invoices against purchase orders, sales orders, delivery challans, and dispatch documents.
• Maintain customer-wise receivables and ensure accurate accounting of sales invoices,



receipts, credit notes, and debit notes in Tally/ERP.
• Monitor daily customer outstanding balances, payment due dates, overdue invoices, and credit periods.
• Follow up with customers and dealers for timely payments and resolution of overdue balances.
• Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly Accounts Receivable MIS, including customer-wise ageing, overdue amounts, collection status, and expected receipts.
• Reconcile customer ledgers, payment receipts, bank entries, and outstanding invoices, ensuring accurate invoice-level payment allocation.
• Track short payments, deductions, debit notes, sales returns, rate differences, quality claims, shortages, and other customer disputes.
• Coordinate with Sales, Dispatch, Logistics, and Warehouse teams to resolve issues related to delivery, proof of delivery (POD), shortages, damaged goods, returns, and pending customer payments.
• Monitor customer credit
