About the Role
The Design Village is looking for a detail-oriented and proactive CRM Specialist to manage student enquiries, applications, and admissions through admission management software such as Meritto
The candidate will be responsible for maintaining accurate student records, managing lead allocation and follow-ups, monitoring admission processes, and generating reports to support the Admissions and Outreach teams.

Key Responsibilities
· Manage and maintain student enquiry, lead, application, and admission data using Meritto/NoPaperForms or similar admission management software.
· Monitor incoming leads from various sources and ensure timely allocation to the respective admission counsellors.
· Track the complete student journey from enquiry and counselling to application, admission, and enrolment.
· Monitor follow-ups, lead status, pending applications, and conversion stages.




· Ensure accurate and up-to-date records of student interactions, counselling sessions, and application progress.
· Coordinate with the Admissions, Outreach, and Marketing teams to ensure effective lead management.
· Monitor lead leakage, missed follow-ups, and conversion gaps, and take appropriate action.
· Generate daily, weekly, and monthly MIS reports on enquiries, lead sources, applications, conversions, and admissions.
· Track counsellor-wise performance and share relevant reports with the management.
· Support the management of online application forms, document collection, and admission-related workflows.
· Assist in configuring and monitoring automated communications through email, SMS, and WhatsApp, wherever applicable.
· Maintain CRM data quality, system accuracy, and confidentiality.
· Support the team in optimising CRM processes and improving the overall admission management workflow.
