Job Title - Assistant Brand Manager

Role Details: We are looking for a energetic and detail-oriented Brand Manager to drive Brand Communications, Growth Marketing Communications, and Marketing Operations for IndusInd Bank. This role will play a pivotal part in developing compelling customer-facing communication, ensuring brand consistency across channels, managing cross-functional stakeholders, and driving operational excellence within the marketing function.

Role Description

Brand Communications
• Drive the planning and execution of brand communication campaigns across digital, social, app, CRM, website, on-ground, and branch touchpoints.
• Ensure adherence to brand guidelines across all customer-facing communications.
• Partner with internal stakeholders to translate business objectives into impactful marketing campaigns.
• Review and approve creative assets, content, and communication before release.
• Continuously identify opportunities to strengthen brand perception and customer engagement.

Growth Communications





• Lead communication planning for acquisition, activation, engagement, and retention initiatives.
• Develop compelling messaging frameworks for banking products including savings accounts, credit cards, loans, deposits, investments, and digital banking.
• Work closely with Product, Digital, CRM, Analytics, and Business teams to drive conversion-focused communication.
• Ensure customer journeys are supported with relevant and consistent messaging across channels.
• Monitor campaign effectiveness and recommend optimization strategies.

Marketing Operations & Governance
• Manage end-to-end campaign workflows from brief creation to deployment.
• Establish and maintain communication approval processes and service-level timelines.
• Coordinate with design teams, content teams, media agencies, production partners, and business stakeholders.
