Role Description This is a remote internship role for an HR Intern. The HR Intern will support day-to-day human resources activities such as assisting with recruitment processes, maintaining employee records, and helping implement HR policies and procedures. Responsibilities may include coordinating virtual interviews, supporting onboarding documentation, updating HR databases, and preparing basic HR reports. The intern will also collaborate with the HR team on employee benefits inquiries, internal communications,



and personnel management tasks, while learning about HR best practices in a growing manufacturing-focused organization.
Qualifications
• Foundational knowledge of Human Resources (HR) and HR Management, with an interest in developing a career in HR.
• Understanding of HR Policies and Employee Advantages, and ability to assist in policy documentation and benefits-related tasks.
• Basic experience or coursework in Personnel Management, including maintaining records and supporting employee-related processes.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills, with attention to detail and accuracy in documentation.
• Ability to work independently in a remote environment, manage time effectively, and handle confidential information responsibly.
• Proficiency with common office software (e.g., MS Office or Google Workspace) and comfort learning HR systems or tools.
• Enrollment in or completion of a degree or dip
