About the Role
As the Brand Communication & Marketing professional, you will work closely with the Founder to strengthen Novella's brand presence across every touchpoint.
This role goes beyond managing social media or creating campaigns. It is about ensuring every piece of communication reflects the philosophy, positioning and standards of the brand.
You will be involved in branding, marketing, communication, content strategy, campaigns, partnerships and client engagement while working across multiple projects and wearing different hats.
Key Responsibilities
• Develop and maintain Novella's brand communication across digital and offline platforms.




• Plan and execute marketing campaigns that strengthen brand awareness and generate qualified enquiries.
• Create presentations, proposals and brand communication material.
• Write thoughtful copy for websites, social media, advertisements and marketing campaigns.
• Coordinate with photographers, filmmakers, designers and editors to ensure consistency in communication.
• Assist in planning content calendars and campaign launches.
• Support Meta Ads, marketing initiatives and performance analysis.
• Build relationships with venues, planners, luxury partners and industry associates.
• Represent Novella during client meetings, networking events and strategic collaborations.
• Work directly with the Founder on current ideas, launches and brand initiatives.
