Role Description This is a full-time, in office Business Development Executive role based in Bhubaneswar. The Business Development Executive will identify and pursue new business opportunities, including building relationships with prospective students, institutional partners, and other stakeholders. Daily responsibilities include generating and qualifying leads, conducting consultations to understand student needs,



and presenting ACHIVIA’s services and value proposition. The role involves managing key accounts, maintaining accurate records in CRM systems, and coordinating with counseling and operations teams to ensure a smooth experience for students. The Business Development Executive will also contribute to marketing initiatives, participate in education fairs or events, and regularly report on performance metrics and market feedback.
Qualifications
• Candidates should possess strong skills in New Business Development and Lead Generation to identify, engage, and convert prospective clients.
