• Extensive experience in Litigation/ Non Litigation including preparation of Agreements for acquisition various media rights.
• Drafting, reviewing and negotiating wide range of legal contracts with music labels, celebrities, artist, content provider, customers, vendors etc.
• Handle copyright, trademark, and intellectual property-related matters.
• Conduct legal due diligence for content acquisition and distribution.
• Provide legal support to business teams and ensure regulatory compliance.
• Coordinate with external counsels and maintain legal documentation.
Media / Entertainment / relevant industry is must.
Min 5 Years of experience required.
