Role Description The Home and Seasonal Textile Designer will design and develop textile concepts and collections for home furnishings and seasonal ranges, such as bedding, table linen, cushions, and festive décor. This full-time, on-site role in Delhi, India involves creating original patterns, color palettes, and layouts, preparing detailed design specs for production, and coordinating with sampling and manufacturing teams. The designer will research market trends, customer preferences,



and seasonal themes to inform design direction and product assortments. Daily tasks include preparing mood boards, digital design files, and technical artwork, reviewing samples, ensuring quality and consistency, and collaborating with merchandising and sales to align designs with buyer requirements. The role also includes revising designs based on feedback, maintaining an organized design archive, and meeting collection timelines and production schedules.
Qualifications

• Strong skills in textile and surface design, including pattern development, color theory, and layout for home and seasonal products.
• Proficiency in design software such as Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, and other relevant CAD tools for textile design.
