Skill: General Ledger Accounting, Balance Sheet Reconciliation, Month-End Close & Reporting.
Experience: 3 years to 6 years

Education:
Minimum 15 years of regular, full-time education (10 + 2 + 3)
Commerce Graduate ,CA /ICWA/ACCA/ MBA (Finance)

Must Have Skills:
Must have working knowledge in finance & accounting /Month End Close.
Strong written and oral communication skills are necessary for interacting with all levels of the organization.
Efficient and effective command of MS-Office, Particularly Excel.
Demonstrated problem-solving skills with the ability to create straightforward solutions.
Execute R2R activities, including journal entries, balance sheet reconciliations, and variance analysis.
Perform financial data analysis and provide insights to support decision-making processes.

Good-to-Have Skills:
Preferred experience of handling client escalations.
Strong analytical and quantitative skills.
Good collaboration capabilities to establish effective and trustworthy relationships with stakeholders.
Ability to work effectively at both the detailed level and high level.
