Key Responsibilities:
• Contact prospective buyers and assess their property investment requirements.
• Qualify leads based on budget, preferred location and purchase intent.
• Schedule Zoom meetings and site visits with interested prospects.




• Conduct timely follow-ups to nurture leads and convert interest into appointments.
• Maintain lead details and follow-up records in the CRM.

Requirements:
• 1–2 years of experience in real estate pre-sales or lead generation.
• Strong communication, interpersonal and convincing skills.
• Positive understanding of residential real estate and property investment.
• Target-oriented, proactive and capable of handling customer follow-ups.
