What we are looking for:-

We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Accounts Payable Accountant to join our Accounting team. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in the Procure-to-Pay (P2P) process using Yardi, including BillPayExpress and Vendor Café. The candidate should possess robust accounting knowledge, analytical skills, and excellent communication abilities,



with the confidence to coordinate with US-based clients and vendors in a fast-paced, client-facing environment.

Job Responsibilities

• Manage the end-to-end Procure-to-Pay (P2P) process using Yardi.
• Process vendor invoices, verify supporting documentation, and ensure accurate coding and allocation to the appropriate general ledger accounts and properties.
• Utilize BillPayExpress for invoice processing, approval workflows, and vendor payment activities.
• Work on Vendor Café for vendor invoice submissions, vendor information management, payment status tracking, and vendor-related queries.
• Review invoices for accuracy, duplicate entries, appropriate approvals, and compliance with company policies.
• Coordinate with vendors regarding invoices, outstanding payments, discrepancies, and required documentation.
• Maintain accurate vendor records and assist with vendor onboarding and credentialing processes.
