Role Description :
• Execute dealer-wise and product-wise monthly sales plans
•Build and maintain robust distributor and retailer relationships




•Drive demand generation and achieve sales targets
•Ensure timely placement, liquidation, and disciplined collections
•Monitor and manage overdues as per company policies
•Conduct field visits for product penetration and market expansion

Qualifications
• Strong Sales Operations and Customer Service skills to manage channels, resolve issues, and drive customer satisfaction.
• Robust Analytical Skills for market analysis, territory performance review, and data-driven decision-making.
• Business Planning capabilities to develop and execute territory plans, set targets, and manage budgets.
• Effective Communication skills for engaging with farmers, distributors, retailers, and internal stakeholders.
• Bachelor’s degree in Agriculture, Business, Management, or a related field; a postgraduate degree is an advantage.
