Job SummaryWe are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Purchase Executive to manage day-to-day procurement activities for our projects. The candidate will be responsible for vendor coordination, quotation management, purchase order processing, material tracking, and timely delivery of materials to project sites while ensuring cost efficiency and adherence to project requirements.
Key Responsibilities• Procurement & Purchase Operations

• Handle day-to-day purchasing activities for project materials, equipment, and services.




• Process purchase requisitions received from project and site teams.
• Obtain quotations from vendors and prepare comparative statements for price and quality evaluation.
• Prepare and issue Purchase Orders (POs) after obtaining the necessary approvals.
• Follow up with vendors to ensure timely delivery of materials as per project schedules.

• Vendor Management

• Identify and develop relationships with reliable vendors and suppliers.
• Coordinate with vendors regarding pricing, availability, payment terms, and delivery schedules.
• Negotiate prices and commercial terms to achieve cost-effective procurement.
• Maintain an updated vendor database and supplier documentation.

• Project & Site Coordination

• Coordinate with project managers, site engineers, stores, and accounts teams regarding material requirements.
• Track pending orders and ensure materials reach project sites on time.
• Follow up on shortages,
