Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Performance Marketing role based in Noida within the marketing agency ecosystem of D2C Products and Services Pvt.



Ltd. The role involves planning, executing, and optimizing performance marketing campaigns across digital channels to drive measurable results for client brands. Day-to-day responsibilities include setting up and monitoring paid campaigns (such as search, social, and display), analyzing campaign performance data, and implementing data-backed strategies to improve ROI, conversion rates, and customer acquisition. The role also requires collaborating with internal teams and clients to define performance goals, preparing regular performance reports and insights, and conducting A/B and performance testing to continuously refine targeting, creatives, and budgets.
