This is an on-site role at T-Hub, Hyderabad, on a 6-day working week for the first 9 months. We're building core infrastructure on a hard timeline and would rather be upfront about the commitment than surprise you later. After 9 months,



the schedule moves to a standard 5-day week.

THE ROLE

We're looking for a Java backend engineer who thinks in systems, not just code. You'll own architecture decisions on the core services behind a distributed graph memory platform: graph storage, streaming ingestion, ETL pipelines and semantic retrieval at scale. We expect you to reason about trade-offs and failure modes before you write a line of code.

WHAT YOU'LL DO
- Build and evolve Spring Boot microservices at the core of the platform
- Own architecture decisions: service boundaries, data flow, failure handling and how the platform scales
- Design security and access control: authentication, authorization, multi-tenant data isolation and secrets management
- Build event-driven, Kafka-based pipelines with backpress
