Experienced Veeva professional with expertise in Veeva QMS, QualityDocs, and Training application support, configuration management, release management, validation support, data migrations, integrations, and compliance activities. Proven ability to ensure system reliability, regulatory compliance, and successful delivery of business and technology initiatives within GxP-regulated environments.
Key Responsibilities
• Provide day-to-day support for Veeva QMS, QualityDocs, and Training applications, including Incident, Service Request, Problem, and Change Management.
• Manage Veeva user administration, access management, and release management activities.
• Monitor automation jobs, SAP jobs, and system interfaces; investigate, troubleshoot, and resolve issues.




• Perform configuration management and collaborate with cross-functional teams on system enhancements and deployments.
• Support release planning, Release Impact Assessments (RIA), workplace refreshes, and deployment activities.
• Create and maintain validation documentation, including IQs, test scripts, and testing artifacts.
• Support data migration activities, including data imports, exports, reconciliation, and data verification.
• Develop and troubleshoot VQL queries, Veeva APIs to support system integrations.
• Partner with business, validation, and technical teams to ensure successful delivery of projects, deployments, and change controls.
• Ensure compliance with GxP, CSV, and 21 CFR Part 11 requirements.

Required Skills
• Strong understanding of Quality Management Systems (QMS), Document Management Systems (DMS), and Learning Management Systems (LMS).
• Hands-on experience with Veeva Vault QMS, QualityDocs, and Training administration and support.
